Weekday walk number (you know what... I actually lost count by not documenting a few over the last two weeks!): "the Switchblade", 3.1 miles in 57 minutes, at 3.2 mph - little mist, feels like London or Seattle... and all the old Army cadence comes rushing back in to my brain (mercy)!
