No loss this week which is a shame but no gain so still good! Went to my first boxing class on Thursday which includes metabolic and conditioning training and it was fun however I was unable to walk for the passed 2 days 😂😂 I did loads of squats and lunges and sitting down and getting up over last two days was agony! Using toilet at work was a challenge as I kept making this ouch noise when trying to sit and if someone was in the toilet god knows what they must have thought 😅😅😂😖 This week I will do the first full week which is 3 sessions and I hope after each one I hurt a little less..
