Put in 16 fun filled hrs. yesterday in nursing....of the 13 that I had to care for 10 were ill with a stomach virus and what went down would eventually come back up...
needless to say... this virus could assist many with their weight loss plan b/c it does not create any type of appetite at all.
I wanted to work on my plan and do some research today on how to get more fat in my plan but being put through a wringer with all that illness, my clarity is null, also I feel like my I.Q. is in a single digit status...
Oh well, the sun is shining here and this is now my new life style not just my quick fix so I will accomplish what I planned to do when I can connect my dots again.
May you all remain healthy and be able to dodge that stomach virus...its a vicious one my friends;)

How many carbs in a low carb diet?

Well I'm trying at this time to remain at 20 carbs daily or less and I believe and feel free to correct me please if I'm wrong anyone but I'm striving for 75% intake fat 20% intake protein and 5 % carb intake I'm a newbie to keto and been researching for a few weeks now, plus hanging out on FS too due to knowledge is key and this sight is huge on information and support:)
