Well I've nearly done it - I've tracked every day since Nov. 28, shooting for one month. Two more days & I'll have done it (pats self on back). But starting today, the tracking has to serve a purpose. Yesterday was Christmas, where I hung out with the kids & grandkids; I said "eat, drink & be merry, for tomorrow we DIET!" And of course tomorrow is now today. Today I count calories & plan meals; today I'll get to the grocery store. I'm actually off work until Jan. 3rd (massive job perk!) so there's no excuse to not make it to the gym and/or the home cardio machines. Time to do more than I've been doing the past few weeks - and time to do better!

We are in the same ballpark. I've been stuck since October trying to lose the last 10 lbs but it's just soooo hard :( don't know about me but I'm sure you got this!
