So we had dinner at a German style restaurant before seeing "The Man Who Invented Christmas" at the theater. Still no exercise, tonight for SURE!!! Tracked this morning's "tweaked" breakfast of yogurt and a banana (no cereal), and included the yummy cherry cheese Danish my DH bought for me. Yeah that wasn't the plan, but my resolve went out the window. I did sleep last night, certainly better than Sunday night though I did wake up once or twice around 3:30am - possibly from the caffeine in the Coke Zero I had at the theater. Hopefully I'll sleep better tonight after some rigorous exercise!
