Haven't formally weighed in today. Got to the gym and workout group didn't show, so I took a business call.......and the workout went out the window. It would have been my second workout of the day, nonetheless I quit on myself. I will ride tomorrow for an hour and do my Mogul Master training in the morning. Keeping the faith!

Good luck Don, just getting going myself...only two days till our first CC trip...usually have 5 plus days in and over 120k vert...this year 2.5 days and 50k....lots going on impacting free time.
