Have you ever felt that people simply don't listen to you when you tell them you are on a diet/meal plan to get fitter? I love my friends but they are bad for my food plan/ diet. I know its getting nearer to Christmas but I cannot go out to eat as often as they want me too (wish i could lol). I am lucky though, they are all understanding and have excepted my 1 night a week deal ... just worried where they will drag me now lol.
