I've made a commitment that I'm going to fast until Saturday - I want to get some autophagy going to get rid of loose skin.
I'm trying to save me energy as we are going to London on Saturday. It's my daughter-in-law Su Young's birthday and her hubby, Mike has booked a walk with London Town Walks - who is my brother-in-law Ian - we are going to do his Suffragettes Walk and then have lunch in a pub. The number of us keeps growing - it started with just Mike & Su, then we were added - along with Tony's sister Jenny - then Mike's mum Becky & her partner Karen, and now Tony's daughter Alice says she might come with her 2 children.
I've not got the energy for booking my food at the moment, but I am keeping it healthy. The only thing I had that may put weight on yesterday was cauliflower.
I've been trying different variations of coconut milk & chia seeds - I now add chopped nuts and a few drops of concentrated flavouring - usually either sticky toffee pudding, bannoffee pie or chocolate. No sugar, no carbs just flavour. A tin of milk works for breakfast & supper.
I'd still like to lose a couple of kilos before Xmas - it's still 34 days away so it should be doable.
Too much Healthy Food can be as bad as a little Unhealthy Food
