NSV. Today I noticed my arms have a little more definition and no cellulite dimples when I do certain arm movements. I still have yet to do any routine exercises... just sticking to keto... haven't been weighing myself. But instead doing some things to make me happier, meditating using my new beautiful singing bowl, painted my nails, dry brushing, and a few cleansing things like hot-cold-hot-cold showers and oils, acv concoctions and I have been eating breakfast with my family on the weekends. I notice on keto my skin is just better, must be all the good fats I have been eating. Having SLE my face gets rashes and stress and the sun is usually the trigger and I have noticed a drastic improvement in my symptoms.
