The initial weight loss bit where you lose more than the 'normal' amount seems to be continuing for me.
I think the lack of booze is helping,Mobutu I'm starting to get real cravings now.
I thought it was supposed to get easier over time.
Never mind the psychological high of seeing the lbs go will keep me on track.
Have a good day people.
