30g protein powder, 20g coconut flour, 15g nesquick chocolate powder, 80g egg whites, 25ml semi skimmed milk and 1 small egg. I used double the amount which is why it is quiet high in protein etc. If u use the amount above the macros are 389kcal, 42g protein, 31g carbs, 8.5g fat and 10.5g fibre
