Today I've taken it easy and I am feeling much better. I can tell I have lost weight. There is something about clothes fitting better and being able to carry one's mass around easier. I had a great day yesterday. Met my pal at the supermarket and she invited me over for a cup of coffee which turned into lunch which nearly turned into dinner! Lol My pal makes the best salads. She is a mother hen and it is just great to be with her. I introduced her to FS but she is finding it difficult logging in everything she eats so she won't be joining us. Everybody has to do what's best for themselves. I am hooked on FS despite it making some wrong energy calculations. Eg it tells me I need 2600 kcal per day but that way I stay stable, so I've reduced the proposed amount by 100 kcal to be on the safe side. Today I laid in bed and managed to lift my leg up in the air - what an achievement for someone as fat as me! I noticed my skin is looking funny, like you've scooped it with a melon baller. That is where the fat has been burning up. I imagine my legs will be slimmer much sooner than my tummy and arms. I've also noticed my back is much smoother so yes there is loss, even if the scales do not show amazing progress. Slow but steady does it! :-)
