Hi Melpaige, I know I have missed your post by quite a few hours lol but luckily you will be having a breakfast every day lol if not ??? WHY !!! Ok the dreaded breakfast, l try and mix it up with what l have planned for the day, if it's an exercise day l take on a little more fuel to set myself up for that, my go to food for those days and porridge with fresh fruit on top. On gently days l would have toast and eggs, or any other type of cereal. At the weekend I go all out and have a full fry up, sausage, egg, mushrooms, tomato, bacon and toast. I think what I am trying to say is that is mix it up and try different things to see what works for you. Remember that you have not eaten since your evening meal and the body needs fuel to kickstart your calorie burn and lastly drink a glass of water every morning to hydrate your body. Good luck and keep posting your progress to let us know how well you are doing.

Hi Melpaige, I have just been looking at the other posts and found one that will help you, have a look at AtsumiSuol's posts, you will see the most wonderful meals in the world. If you don't get any ideas for them there's always jam on toast lol

I find the best way to poach an egg is to add white vinegar to the water as it helps it to bind. Just started myself so hoping to get breakfast ideas too. Well done on how you are doing so far
