Well...today didn't get off to the best start. The DH complained about being late for work, so I ate a quick yogurt and we stopped for donuts - how exactly does THAT save us time??? Oh well, damage done. I'll watch what I eat the rest of the day, and be sure to get my run in this evening. Btw, here I am in my "lost 10 lbs" dress. A little celebration for my progress, even if I haven't hit goal weight yet. The DH is doing well, hovering around 207 lbs. Also our house is coming along, they finished the bricks on the outside yesterday, should finish the inside walls over the next week. He wants to be below 200 lbs when we move in sometime in late Oct./early Nov. Yeah, I'd like to be at goal weight myself when we move - we'll keep workin' on it!
