Today I feel so despondent. Maybe it has to do with overindulging Sunday lunch. Maybe because in last 3 weeks I only managed to shed one kilo. Or maybe because flat was a tip despite working hard yesterday to tidy up. My daughter helped me but an hour later she had thrown things on the floor again and created chaos. I can't handle it any more. Mess and dirt is killing me. How can I be at peace when things around me are messy? The sun is shining outside. Maybe I should make an effort to go out. But I need a shower. That takes time and effort. Don't know if I'll manage. Got to sort out some finances first. What a way to start a week!
