Oh what fresh hell is this?
I don't know if it is because of the cold or what, but, I just want to eat. I am not craving anything, neither am I hungry at all, I just really desire food.
I could not control myself last night. After supper (butter fried mince and mixed veggies) I ate a whole tub of cottage cheese that I really didn't need. Before I went to bed at around nine thirty, I ate the left over mince, which was going to be work lunch today. I felt like a pig.
There is no logical reason for this. It's not nearing "that week" and I am eating healthily and enough, so it cannot be my body crying for nutrients. Whatever this nonsense is, I hope it passes soon.

Hay Jules, don't beat yourself up over it, seriously. The most important thing is that you get back on your journey the next day, and I know you will , because you rock!! We are not perfect.

Jules I agree with Grant. Don't beat yourself up it will only lead to disaster. Rather shrug it off and try get back on the wagon the next day. We all have those days especially in Winter.

Thanks guys. I feel better today. I have dropped this week despite the binge and my motivation is back, so, it's all good. Thanks so much for all your encouragement. I really appreciate it a lot.
