Started my vacation tonight and had cinnamon rolls at one of my fave restaurants. We all drift.

If it's any consolation, you ate a miniscule percentage of your weight in carbs. Unlike the animal in my life who today ate 10% of body weight in macaroons and is now miserable, moaning, and dehydrated.

Minor blip on the radar Ches...focus on maintaining a weekly and monthly down trend and please don't worry about the odd hiccup...way less stress for you and hopefully less chance of throwing in the towel. Long term success is dependant on being able to absorb and deal with these real life events, and yes I am sure you will not only survive but thrive!!

Thanks all. It is now Sunday and the bacon is cooking and I am moving forward cautiously, yet relived after getting on the scale.
