Well my 3-day wonder diet has been derailed, because we had an early morning meeting with the builder of our new house. That's okay, though, because he thinks he can get it done in 4 months, which would be October, woo hoo!!! I was hoping it would be finished by Christmas, now a new house would definitely be a great Christmas present. But Christmas in October, yeah, I could go for that!

Anyway, I was supposed to have cottage cheese for lunch, but I didn't want to leave that sitting out in the car for 2 hours, so I'm going to have one of my Dinty Moore entree's that I keep in my desk for just such emergencies. It's only 190 calories, so hopefully that won't put me over on the low cal count today. Scale didn't budge today, what a bummer. Hopefully I'll see some results tomorrow.
