Hi all.
i didn't logged my journal for few days. I was away.
Today I took raw watermelon 3 cups diced and a mug of tea with milk n sugar in breakfast.
I also take vitamin tablets daily to keep myself active in house chores.
When I skip my vitamin tab....i really feel so weak and sticks to bed all day long..
Any one give me some suggestion
..what should I do to recover my weakness and also I have a problem of intestinal dryness , any remedy for it.
my hair are turning white due to intestinal dryness? Need ur help.

Not enough fat in your diet - add coconut oil or butter or ghee - don't add vegetable oil. Omega 3 oil capsules - cod liver oil is the best as a supplement too.
