Thanks misterbee 😀 It tasted very good too. Prawns are low in fat and calories so you can have this little bit more to eat 😅 Just go for low calorie noodles and it's a winner

Is that 0 noodles (made from konjac flour) or just noodles?

hey dianecounord. these are just normal 'straight to wok' noodles 170 kcal per portion . I hate the taste of the 0 noodles so prefer to have the real thing or stay away completely 😀 170 is not bad at all and the whole meal was around 400 kcal so well on plan for a low calorie day for me xx
