I have been asked to official at sports event this week-end.

They always serve the most divine lunch and the (sugary and fizzy) cool drink keeps coming all day. The food is usually carb based, which, is a problem for me as I have decided to go LCHF and keep my carbs to 25g a day. I am taking my own water and food with me and I won't even go into the food hall. I will remain away from the food and remind myself that this is a choice I am making for long term results and not short term gratification.

I am allowed to have anything I want, but I CHOOSE not to have the things I KNOW will hinder my progress. This mindset helps me a lot.
