The "Russians" arrived yesterday evening. No wonder I feel so sluggish today! Cooked a fast lunch of beef and pork balls with a bit of paella rice in them (great alternative to breadcrumbs) which I boiled in water flavoured with a knorr stock pot till they were almost done and then threw in some dry macaroni and let it cook for 15'. Perfect meal for a cold day but I had to approximate the kcal because I threw the packaging away. Hopefully the fact they were not fried will compensate for the splash of oil I put in the casserole. I am annoyed with myself for eating biscuits last night even though I knew each biscuit was 90 kcal. Must do better the rest of the week.
