Had to correct the entry for Sprite as it showed just 44 kcal (don"t you wish!) I wonder how many times in the past 3 weeks I've relied on info put in by members that is incorrect. First Morrison's, now you... So here is a reminder how to calculate kcal per item:

Sprite gives you the kcal per 100 ml = 44

Then you say 100 ml = 44
330 ml = ?

?= 44 x 330 / 100
? = 145.2 kcal

Easy easy when you remember elementary school math. And if you don't recall this method, well now you know how to do and can apply it to everything.

Apologies for nit picking but I am horribly stressed about tomorrow plus it's -4 °C outside and I am worrying how I'll cope with slippery pavements when I go to hospital in the morning.
