I work out almost daily and I have been eating very carefully. I stopped eating gluten and my energy levels are slowly increasing.

I'm looking forward to another good week.
72.2 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.8 kg a Week
