oh no. Lost a lot but the keto stic says I am barelly in keto now. Had a tablespoon of honey yourget in a dressing on my meat, and half of an atkins diet bar. too much for my body even though my keto count was still good for the day. So>>>>> one treat and stay on leveal one.
