No weight change since August. So let's just say I managed to stabilise my weight after losing 5 kg. Doesn't sound like much, but at 150 cm tall, that over 10% of my weight. Since then we have both been eating much healthier and consuming less alcohol. Last week I started doing yoga once or twice a day (30 minute gentle vinyasas) and walking to and from work the scenic route (a lot of uphill). Depending on the trails it takes about 35-40 minutes (4.5-5 km) each way. I feel a lot of muscle developing! Here is a picture of where I do my yoga. Set it up two days ago to make it more inviting. I just use Chromecast on my mobil phone to display one of the thousands of youtube videos. If you search for "gentle vinyasa" you will find a lot of nice videos specifically for beginners. On good days I try vinyasa flow. A have a lot of good used books on the subject. And have just been taking it easy. Helps relieve hunger, and distract me from the kitchen when I have to be inside.
