So I have been doing the LCHF WOE for 33 days now. I have lost 18 lbs and thought I would post this as a motivator to reach my goal of 150 lbs by May 2017. Hopefully I can look back on this and not be tempted by anything that I should not eat. 1st pic 1-31-2017 2nd pic 1-1-2017. I didn't realize the difference until my husband showed me the difference in the 2 pictures. Hope everyone has a great Thursday and NEVER GIVE UP!!!!
