I have a quick question for anyone that would like to give me an answer. I have tried the IF and with no results for the past week. Has anyone else experienced this? I was loosing when I was eating 3 times a day. I thought I would give it a try to see how it would work for me, but it didn't. Has anyone else had this happen to them??

I do IF once or twice a week. there are different ways to do it... I most often will fast for 24 hours from dinner until dinner the next day. I check my blood sugars and have things on hand just in case it goes too low... but so far I see the most weight loss & best blood sugar numbers when I do IF.

I'd give it two weeks. I started IF last week and I didn't lose a pound on the scale but I did lose 1% of body fat. Sometimes the scale doesn't tell the whole picture so it is a good idea to take weekly pictures and body fat% if you can.

I am still doing it today. I go from dinner(6ish) until 12 pm the next day. That is about as long as I can last before I get a headache and nauseous. I do have a lose in inches but no weight. Just wondering if it was normal. Thank You

I read - can't remember where - that it could be eating in the evening that causes no loss. we're all better off eating earlier in the day.
