Well I almost blew off my turbine building stair walk again, just like all last week. However, I decided work can wait. It's only around 30 minutes and I feel so much better now - supercharged, really. This past weekend I didn't log any exercise, but I played lumberjack for MANY hours Fri-Sun. Trying to catch up on the stuff I couldn't do with my injured shoulder the past year and a half. I made it through will all my limbs and digits and only minor cuts and scrapes. I'm sure I burned tons of calories doing it.

Playing lumberjack isn't an easy job; serious workout. Kudos for not blowing off the walk.

Every little bit helps...cutting, splitting and stacking is one of my favorite pastimes too Poul...especially enjoying the end results through the winter :-)
