Woo hooo... been a while... took a two week break, almost two weeks. Training at the gym again. Arms are feeling.... got something going on in my foot. But otherwise, great to be training again. I need something though... not sure what it is... Not really a workout buddy.. just.. someone that's also at my pace, doing the weightloss thing.. but it seems that a lot of weight loss buddies are merely just people to say 'oh, it's ok, start over' during those 'eat like a pig' moments... if I was a crackhead, the devestation would be realized. Being obese is also a problem that has an effect on my health, my lifestyle, my age expectancy. Clearly, there are no obese people way into their later years. I want to find someone in my area that's also pushing to get healthy again. I still really like Weight Watchers, but honestly, I'm not finding a 'connection' in those meetings. Yes, they're like my AA meetings. but... I want more...
