Logged a muffin AND a brownie yesterday. Shoulda seen THIS before I ate 'em, lol. Muffins gone, brownies gone...today WILL be a good day. Scallops tonight.

That is why counting calories is so useful as well as looking at a nutritional breakdown of your food. If FS could add all the vitamins and minerals for each food that would make this the premier calorie counting app. Which it already is, of course. It could be just made more premierer lol.

There's an app on Dr. Mercola'a site that adds in all the micronutrients. It's unwieldy, but if you're dedicated you can track everything. It's called Chronometer.
