Woke up early to some seriously painful diarrhea. After 2 hours into the episode, I weighed myself because I was curious, I dropped to 64.kg, a loss of 0.4kg (143lb, a loss of almost 1lb). I think it was the fish lunch from yesterday, some charity fish fry. My belly was really puffy hours after eating it. Any way, the episode continued up to midday today. I was sooooo hungry. After all my entire food canal was cleaned out dwl X-D. During this time I kept myself hydrated and tried to replace some salt and sugar in my body. Just when I was about to do a colon cleanse this Friday night this happened. LOL. Oh well, I consider it done. I am grateful I didn't die from food poisoning. I am not eating fish again unless I prepare it myself. I contributed to a fish fry 2 weeks ago and the fish was spoiled but I could see and smell it. Folks, be careful with food especially when someone wants to make a buck...yes I have filed complaints in both cases because this is life-threatening. Eat safely y'all.
