Woke at 214.4, down .4 from yesterday. Targeting 2067 calories today. Woke in an unusually hydrated state. Got to get a whoosh one of these days! UPDATE: Serious ketosis all day. Had a happy hour and a little too much snacking tonight but all low carb. High on calories but should come out OK. Lots of exercise provided a huge calorie burn. Will commence weighing again in the morning.
