To think that I've gone almost a month and a half without pizza after having pizza about once a week forever...
I made little eggplant "crust" pizzas today that were friggin' awesome! Recipe found on FS. They weren't even breaded and fried; just cut about 1/4" thick with sauce, spinach, salami and parm. Absolutely delicious and low carb too.
