I hate that I love sugar.
101.2 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 37.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

2 weeks sugar fast. Just don't eat any processed sugar for 2 weeks (that's not long!) You'll be surprised what will happen and the cravings just aren't there anymore. Remember it's like a drug to our brains, so start on a Thursday / Friday.. you'll feel like absolute crap for 4-5 days and then all the sudden you'll feel better than you ever have.

FYI to be clear about PROCESSED sugars... no juice (even 100 fruit), it's still a sugar overload. Just your normal servings of whole fruits like an apple or something.

Sugar cravings are worse than nicotine. Wish they made a "patch" for us carb-o-holics 🚫🎂

Took me awhile to adjust. Now my sugar is usually sugar free popsicles and 90% chocolate (lowest carb) with occasional dessert, before it was the opposite : ) On my "can have carbs" days I may have a 110 calorie mini ice cream sandwich. I do not like being deprived in any way : )

It's the way we are wired....better to embrace and have a little.....the key is self control....easier said than done!
