Fab weekend and today has been such a lovely day with the weather. Managed two long walks with the dogs. A country walk and a beach walk. Still doing good with my diet. The rest of the family had custard tart for dessert. I had fruit and cream. I have even made my own mayonaise which is quite tasty. I only have 6 more treatments left to go at the hospital and then i am free, yay! I am going to take up swimming again, can't wait!

Swimming is a great exercise for us "experienced" adults. I keep buying trunks, but never get round to going to the pool!
