Well I kind of fell of the tracking wagon this weekend - didn't track a single thing! Didn't get much exercise either, unless shopping counts. At least my weight was not affected by that decision. Well my mind isn't here, it's on the trip to NZ that I'll be going on Saturday - OMG, 5 days, I'm SOOOOO Excited!!! Just gotta keep my head reasonably together until then. Gotta pack, gotta remember to take care of things before I go - yeah, mind's definitely NOT on tracking & exercise, but I'll be okay. Tracking today at least, also trying to get in some walking. 5 Days!!!
