Okay. I've had a little time to think about the gains in the last 2 weeks. I've looked up what to do on a slow carb plateau, and I actually got some good tips.
I was reminded that I'm not drinking my water like I am supposed to, especially on my Cheat Day. So I'll need to work on that.
I'm also potentially overeating beans, and so I'm going to scale back to appx 1 cup per day, instead of 1 1/2 - 2 cups as I have been.
But most importantly, it's suggested that if I've been drinking protein drinks that I stop for at least a week and see if their is an improvement, and since my kids have been in school I've been drinking Muscle Milk for breakfast. I did this last year without an issue, but my body is different now.
I looked up "quick slow carb breakfasts" and I found a YouTube video of Tim Ferriss himself making a "3 minute breakfast" of egg whites, salsa, and spinach which I am going to attempt this week.
Wish me luck, because I have to dig myself out of this hole!
