5 day weekend which included an epic wedding with family attending from Florida, Texas, New York and Pennsylvania. I ate, drank and was merry. I didn't eat too much, but the four bottles of wine between Thursday and Friday, the shots and drinks the night before the Sunday wedding, the open bar during the wedding, damage done. I own it. This was expected. This was the last weekend of the up swing. Trust me!

@ DicJ . . . Epic! No more weddings on the radar for this year. Time to drop the hammer and get some. Monday's weigh in should be interesting. I can party like I did in the 80's but my body sometimes remind me that I am no longer a spring chicken.
