So I've set up my September weight/fat-loss goals, which are as follows:

1. Keep tracking all month;
2. Get back down to 146 lbs and STAY THERE;
3. Reduce the body fat% a little more; and
4. Get some more hiking & kayaking in, for the big trip to New Zealand!

It's SO EXCITING, in 29 days I will be leavin' on a jet plane - and I'm torn between buying a nice new dress for the trip, or saving as much as possible for the trip. Probably should be the second one, I already have a couple of nice dresses, but mostly I'll be wearing jeans or hiking pants, LOL!! I DEFINITELY need to cut down on the eating out this month, which may inadvertently help with the weight goal. Admittedly, I'm not getting off to a great start, since I picked up a chocolate muffin on the way to work - oh well. Today is payday & I stopped at an ATM because I had absolutely no money in the wallet, so that's how that happened. Not really an excuse, just being honest here.
