Wow, yesterday was the first day I actually stayed below my target of 1300 calories since I lowered it, LOL! So that was good; unfortunately I was only able to get in a 20 minute walk for exercise. Hopefully I'll make it to the gym tonight for more weight-lifting, and maybe some treadmill running. I haven't run in over a WEEK! Weather is starting to cool off, so outdoor running should be returning - of course, I could use a new pair of running shoes, but that may have to wait until mid-October (sad face). If nothing else, I can do the outdoor walking, look for some hilly terrain to go thru!
