Woke at 218.8, down 1.4 from yesterday. Today is a 5:2 IF day. Fasted until 12:30 and ate a kale salad. Weighed 217.6 before that. Water starting to move out. UPDATE: Ate a cheese omelet at 5 pm to wrap the day’s eating. Ended up at 755 calories. Will have to investigate what to leave out to meet my 600-calorie 5:2 IF day requirement. I’ll eat 1955 calories tomorrow to even it out. Moving water steadily now and hoping for 215 or something close in the morning.
