Banged out 3.07 miles in 39:46 @ 7:40 AM with an avg speed of 4.6 mph with a max speed of 12.8 mph(as per my Garmin). I jogged and then sprinted between telephone poles varying how many poles I did between sets. No aches, no pains. Done in a fasted state. That was 2.5 hours back and still no food yet. I can picture 17 - 20 mph sprints when I get below 200 which is on my radar within the next 60 days. I hit another milestone which prompted my bio update on Thursday and I have one more day to see if I can hit another milestone before we are into August. Winning. On my way with my family to the 1st of two cookouts for the weekend. I will shut my pie hole today and I will make it count. Make it count FS family, make it count!

I'm inspired. During my 90 minute walk (4.5 miles)last night, I thought about you sprinting and the next thing I know, I started jogging. Three blocks on asphalt was all I dared ask of my knees and hip but I have no lasting pain this morning. Good sign. One day this week, I might run a little on the real earth and see what happens. You're dragging me with you.

I look forward to crossing the 200 line with you 52C. Having a blast getting into shape and competing with you. I don't know what your goals are after this, but I will work on getting a 6 pack for my 46 birthday next April.
