Thanks Phil. Just got in and couldn't get my fat macro to move from 69 percent even with a half an avocado as a snack so I drizzled 1 tsp of coconut oil on it and BAM, hit it! Long road ahead but will push on. Thanks all!

You LCHF guys all seems to be doing so good. Do I have to give up oatmeal...sounds silly, but it's my start up for the day. But I tell you the avocado and hard boiled eggs looks deeelish!
