Woke at 217.0, down 1.2 from yesterday after a 1200 calorie detox day. Only burned 2300 calories as I was driving all morning and resting in the afternoon. To the extent possible, will do alternate day fasting to catch back up to my calorie average goals, but a lot of special events are scheduled for this week and I will likely need the rest of the month to catch up. UPDATE: Came home from happy hour at 214.6. Ate dinner and promptly took a nap. No workout tonight but got in 8.3k steps today.
