I'm BAAACK, again. Took a "staycation" from work last week, and during that time I also took a break from tracking. Naturally my weight is up again, no big surprise there. Yesterday was my birthday, I am 56 years old, WOW! I still feel a lot younger than that. I didn't make it kayaking or to the archery range last week (sad face), but I did go hiking with my hubby twice, once on a new trail. I bought myself a couple of new things for my birthday, and they were both size 10,yippee! I also over-indulged over the weekend, particularly yesterday at Red Lobster. My birthday is about the only time I'll have steak AND lobster tail, but it was so good! I was also so full that I skipped dinner and got on the elliptical instead. My daughter bought me a new computer, still blown away by that! So I'll be tinkering with that for the next week or so - but still finding time to exercise, and now I have NO EXCUSE to not track food on the weekends, LOL!
