I am just happy to be losing and under 180! It's slow, I log everything I eat, I am working on exercising BUT I don't feel deprived and not having cravings. Any advice about resetting our brains for phase 2? Not letting our brains know we already lost quite a bit of weight so we know, we have to lose more for a fresh, re-energized start. You are doing great! I can't wait till I get to onederland. Don't fall into the trap of success like I did and go backwards. 180 is my goal weight, my first one, after that I plan to see how I feel before I go any farther. I have not been below 200 lbs in over 25 years!

I just dropped below the 180 mark and my victory dance was just awesome. My brain has a hard time adjusting as well so now to keep in line I take out and outfit that's just 1 size smaller and try it on, letting my brain know that the battle isn't over yet!! Congrats on your victory!!!!
