Went on a binge and caloric sinning these last 4 days. Ah I feel better. I had rum, vodka, beer, chocolate, caramel popcorn, ice cream and cake...now back to serious business lol.

sometimes its good to do those things to keep us sane, iv had my days of drinking and eating pizza and sweets and stuff, for me it helps me, and you dnt gain as much weight as ppl may think by binging a day or 2

Oh yes to sanity lol. All I gained was water weight from the salty food
