Does this look good for a LCHF snack? 7 net carbs per serving but what about the other ingredients? Opinions?

23% sugar is pretty high on low carb, that's what 7g sugar in 30g equates to. The ingredients list sugars by other names - evaporated cane juice - another word for sugar, rice syrup = sugar (and worse than real sugar as it's factory generated and not a real food anyway), honey = sugar. The other ingredients? It's basically just a handful of nuts and seeds. Skip the processed junk and just go straight for the real nuts and seeds for a snack. As a low carber you probably have those in the store cupboard anyway. That would be my approach. Real food. And whatever it is - I bet 30g is a small handful and with all that sugar it may not be easy to just stop there...

Too many carbs for me - but you are on maintenance practically!

A friend is on South Beach and mixed up something called the South Beach Spicy Nut mix. The recipe I found called for "granular sugar substitute" but I can easily see it made without. It was REALLY tasty. I'm thinking of making a batch for myself!

Agree with Penlan myself. Good luck with the choices.
