Yesterday was a nightmare. By the time I went to bed I had consumed almost two days RDI. Today we were ready to go for our ice creams, but when my better half asked if I was going to have one, and I said no, she said she wouldn't bother. Even when I said I would have one she still wouldn't go. So that's me in the bad books. I feel like sh** today anyway, so that's just icing on the cake.

Same here JockoT..... had a drink last night and then the eats, gone well over my RDI and then the next day feel like a sac of kak but will I ever learn....I hope so!.....jumping back on the Band Wagon again for a good few days and if I fall off again well you can't knock me for trying, but I must keep going as I want to look good for my Daughters Wedding

Can't wait for the warmer days to come as I'm more mobile and active with the Grand kids and Dogs, in the winter I'm sitting around on my Butt as it's cold and wet more often then not..... Roll on Summer
